Here is how we do things at the studio. Hours are by appointment only. We love visitors, but give full attention to our clients during their sessions so it's best to set up an appointment via the contact page so we can set aside time for you.

During your first appointment we'll learn about your goals and talk about your exercise history. We'll then go through a movement assessment so your trainer can get an idea of how your body moves and start creating an appropriate training program for you. After that we'll discuss pricing and get you on a training schedule. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out.

What to bring with you:

- A water bottle
- Appropriate exercise clothing and footwear. No flip flops, crocs, boots, etc. 

​

During rainy or snowy weather we suggest you bring a clean pair of shoes to exercise in, so we can keep the dirty footwear at the door and keep the floors clean for all of our clients. 

​

Parking is available behind our store front. The adjacent parking lot is reserved for Citibank customers only so please be courteous to our neighbors.
