Embarking on a health and fitness journey goes beyond exercising in the gym. It also includes proper recovery, nutrition, mental health practices and of course having fun. Our elements show us a few ways to make ever lasting improvements to our lives.

AIR 

Mental health. Finding ways to manage our stress levels and calm our ever racing minds is very important for health and often overlooked.  Spending time in nature, turning off our devices, journaling, reading, art, therapy, yoga, etc. These are the aspects of our air element.

FIRE

Exercise. Burn those calories. Daily physical activity is what the human body is designed to do. We focus on goal specific exercise sessions in the gym while encouraging a more active lifestyle outside of the gym.

EARTH

Nutrition. Our planet provides you with the most nutrient dense foods. Fruits, nuts, vegetables and animal proteins will help you achieve your aesthetic goals while improving your health and longevity.

WATER 
Recovery. Staying properly hydrated has multiple health benefits. Getting enough sleep, proper rest from physical activity and incorporating training techniques like flexibility, balance and coordination are all apart of the journey to make lasting improvements to our lives.
